Foodcraft Institute

With food culture growing so rapidly, there are a lot of words that get used incessantly as they can add a certain panache to a product, "craft" is one such word. r.vH was asked to redesign the identity for the Food Craft Institute as its previous design made it look "crafty" and not like the authority on traditionally crafted foods that it is. The new look solidifies the company as an institution and gives credo to the classes that they run to elevate the level of craft and productivity of value added food businesses in America.
